在線安裝appium時，執行npm --registry http://registry.cnpmjs.org install -g appium
總是報錯，“npm ERR! tar.unpack……”
卸載掉node.js后，重新下載個最新版本的node.js， 再執行npm --registry http://registry.cnpmjs.org install -g appium。
出錯了一次，繼續執行一遍。ok
