對數據庫說明：我創建了三張表，分別是省（province），市（city）,縣（county）,插入了幾條測試數據，當然你也可以設計一張表，效率當然沒一張表好，所以不建議使用，看你個人習慣。

實現過程并不是很難，思路如下：

1) 初始化所有的省份，這個可以直接從數據庫中查詢出來省份
2）當用戶選擇省份的時候觸發事件，把當前的省份的id通過ajax發出請求傳遞到服務端的程序中
3）服務端根據客戶端的請求，查詢數據庫，并按照一定的格式返回給客戶端
4）客戶端獲取服務端的數據，進行必要的處理顯示出來

創建select.php (代碼簡陋，只是實現功能而已，說明原理即可！)
