maatkit 是baron.schwartz 為主導,開源的Mysql工具,提供了很多Mysql官方目前并沒有實現的功能.大大方便和加強了Mysql的監控和管理.下面簡單介紹下安裝和使用.

安裝很簡單,比如我下載的maatkit-2725.zip ,釋放后整個文件夾傳到服務器上,對于軟件環境要求,一般就是DBD::mysql和DBI,當然少不了perl.安裝只要幾個命令:

# cd maatkit-2725/

# perl Makefile.PL

# make

# make install
