12c broker fast-start failover - ORA-16820解決

大早上起來測試一波fsfl，遇到一個小問題記錄一下。

DGMGRL> 
DGMGRL> show configuration;

    orcldg - (*) Physical standby database

DGMGRL> start observer;

DGM-16979: Unable to log on to the primary or standby database as SYSDBA
Failed.
DGMGRL> connect sys/sys   ##這里需要注意一下，使用sys用戶連接
Connected as SYSDG.
DGMGRL> start observer
Observer started

#再次查看
[root@roidb01 ~]# su - oracle
