一、構造死鎖

二、分析

這個死鎖實際上涉及到鎖的繼承和分裂我們分析如下兩個事物堵塞的案例和加鎖步驟,主要弄明白gap lock怎么來的。

我們只用2個事物來分析流程,實際上流程知道了原因也就知道了。

- 階段1 T1不提交T2堵塞
  • 前奏
    T1的插入不上任何鎖,因為插入如果下一條記錄沒有鎖,因此是隱含鎖。分析從T2

需要做唯一性檢查不通過上LOCK_ORDINARY[next_key_lock]等待,唯一檢查會涉及到主鍵和唯一鍵,如果主鍵檢查通過則會插入數據,然后檢查二級唯一索引,如果唯一索引沖突,則主鍵插入的數據需要回滾。這里是因為每個索引是單獨調用row_ins_index_entry_step上層函數進行單獨插入的。

- 階段2 做ROLLBACK
  • 第三步 T1幫助T2做鎖繼承
    從事物的指針0x7ffff10ca5f0可以看出是T2,如果有多個事物LOCK_GAP是兼容所以都可以繼承完成,LOCK_GAP的存在只是為了LOCK_INTENTION,就是為了防止幻讀。
    如果做了GDB可以看到這里繼承的鎖:

546 = 512+2+32= LOCK_GAP+LOCK_S+LOCK_REC 這個鎖繼承給了 heap 4 也就是記錄 20(heir_heap_no=4, heap_no=5)

這里將LOCK_S|LOCK_GAP 繼承到heap_no 4 上也就是 記錄記錄20上。

三、斷點及一些補遺

  • lock_rec_has_to_wait 檢測是否需要等待

  • RecLock::add_to_waitq 將LOCK_T結構加入到rec hash中(等待)

  • RecLock::lock_add 將LOCK_T結構加入到rec hash中

  • lock_rec_set_nth_bit 設置LOCK_T位圖

  • row_ins_scan_sec_index_for_duplicate 二級唯一索引唯一性檢查加鎖函數

  • lock_rec_other_has_conflicting 判斷沖突->lock_rec_has_to_wait 檢測是否需要等待

  • lock_rec_inherit_to_gap LOCK繼承函數

  • lock_rec_inherit_to_gap_if_gap_lock LOCK分裂函數

  • lock_rec_convert_impl_to_expl 隱含鎖轉換函數,比較復雜

1、即便是同一個block,不同事物(即便是同一個事物的不同鎖模式)也需要新建一個LOCK_T結構,來表示一個鎖,其以space id/page no為基礎。其內存結構BITMAP會以位圖的形式每一位代表一行數據是否上鎖(0 or 1)2、innodb鎖類型只有LOCK_REC和LOCK_TABLE兩種及行鎖和表鎖,但是可以有多種模式組合。3、rec hash 通過space id 和 page no 構造 那么同一塊的 都放到一個鏈表中,同時這個鏈表上的可能還有沖突而來的,所以每次獲取的時候必然查看page no和space id 參考lock_rec_add_to_queue -> lock_rec_get_first_on_page函數。4、每次增加一個lock_t 結構都會加入到rec hash中,這也是所謂的等待隊列,加入隊列就是指加入rec hash中關于本space id和page no的隊列,當然最后還需要 bitmap的確認才能在page中找到這個鎖的位置。5、不同的事物對于同一行數據的上鎖通常不共享一個lock_t,他們共同連接到rec hash的鏈表下面6、判斷某行是否上鎖 需要不斷循環整個鏈表使用heap no定位到bitmap 來進行判斷。參考lock_rec_other_has_conflicting ->lock_rec_get_first。7、對于某些標記為del flag還沒有purge的記錄,在某些情況下會加鎖,但是會跳過判斷,參考row_ins_scan_sec_index_for_duplicate ->row_ins_dupl_error_with_rec 函數。

四、未分析出來的死鎖

本系統沒有ROLLBACK,但是 INSERT ON DUPLICATE 語句,對于 INSERT ON DUPLICATE/REPLACE語句都是做唯一性檢查的時候普通語句進行報錯,但是這兩個語句會返回錯誤給上層,接著做相應的處理

  • INSERT ON DUPLICATE 是調用的UPDATE接口

  • REPLACE是調用的DELETE 然后 INSERT的接口

因此兩類語句出現堵插入印象的地方就有兩處要么是初次INSERT的時候,要么是唯一鍵沖突造成的二次更改上。而對于 INSERT ON DUPLICATE/REPLACE做唯一性檢測的時候上的LOCK_X并非LOCK_S如下:

因此 INSERT ON DUPLICATE/REPLACE兩個語句需要加鎖的地方比較多并且流程比較復雜,分析比較麻煩。
