oracle 19c impdp 18c 報錯 （哈哈 具體報錯內容不記得了），但hight version impdp low version 如果報錯基本情況排除后，一定要注意DST時區版本。

補丁進行opatch applu 日志就是將v32的時區文件copy到timezone目錄中。
