要完成該操作,必須保證已加載數據和電極位置數據,同時還要對數據進行提取epoch,并對數據進行ICA處理,操作如下:
加載數據文件
加載位置文件
提取數據epoch
使用ICA分解數據
想要得到獨立成分的ERP 對數據的ERP 的貢獻,具體操作如下:
Plot > Component ERPs > with component maps
操作后彈出如下對話框:
點擊OK就可以彈出如下界面:
上圖中黑色包絡線是各個時間點的所有channel 的最大值和最小值,彩線是各個獨立成分的的ERP。如果只想要了解對200-500ms 數據ERP 貢獻最大的獨立成分。可在如下紅色框中編輯為200 500.
點擊OK即可。
同時在command line會返回如下運行結果:
