第六章、報錯處理

6.1 root.sh腳本執行失敗處理

安裝grid時，執行rootsh腳本報錯如下：

查看mos發現為一個bug,ROOT.SH OR ACFSROOT INSTALL,FAILS: ACFS-9109: SLES11 SP3。分別在節點1與節點2上打補丁。

查看crs日志發現每次關閉時否有如下日志存在

證明每次在關閉資源ora.drivers.acfs時，還有程序在使用該模塊導致關閉失敗。查看MOS內容如下：

CAUSE

The issue was investigated in bug 13726093 and it's closed as OS issue

SOLUTION

Engage OS vendor to disable software that scans ACFS devices.

The temporary workaround is to disable the resource if ACFS is not needed. To disable:

# $GRID_HOME/bin/acfsroot disable

Once it's disabled and node rebooted, it's status will be

ora.registry.acfs
ONLINE OFFLINE racnode1

Note:

It's known that multipath daemon may open /dev/ofsctl:

lsof /dev/ofsctl

Adding ofsctl to multipath blacklist solves the issue.

因本實例中使用multipath綁定硬盤作為ASM磁盤，故multipath服務打開/dev/ofsctl設備，所以導致ora.drivers.acfs失敗，最終整個關閉命令完成帶有錯誤。根據提示在multipath配置文件中設置

blacklist{

devnode "^sda"

devnode "ofsctl"

}

設置后，再次重試關閉命令問題解決。
