slave_exec_mode設置可以跳過1032(記錄沒有找到)和1062(主鍵重復)錯誤，并記錄到錯誤日志中。
slave_exec_mode和slave_skip_errors作用是一樣的，只是slave_exec_mode可以在線動態設置。slave_skip_errors必須添加到配置文件中，重啟生效。
